Joe LaDuke started selling ranches in 1975 for Kukowski Land Company of Beach, ND. Working with Don Kukowski was like getting a masters degree in ranch real estate. In the last 30 years Joe has been on nearly every ranch in southwestern North Dakota. His approach to ranch sales is unique, laid back and based on lasting friendships.
