Legal Description: SW 1/4 of Section 18-131-85 and SE 1/4 of Section 13-131-86 and NE 1/4 of Section 24-131-86 in Grant County, North Dakota.

Location: West of Highway #31, south of Raleigh, ND and north of the Cannonball River. This is an area of rolling hills and treed draws. The land slope and drainage is generally south to the Cannonball River. The river lies about 300 yards to the south of this land.

Acreage: 109 in CRP - Last payment Sept. of 2009 - $27.50/Acre
23 in Crop ground. The balance in pasture - the pasture is leased on a year to year basis to the neighbor.

Wells: SE 1/4 - new submersible in 2005 - ready wired for a generator; SW 1/4 (farmyard) new pressure tank.

Buildings: The wood frame farm house is in good condition. The other outbuildings are usable, but in need of some repair.
